Ikigai- reason for being

At Ikigai Plants, we're passionate about plants and we want to share that passion with you. The Japanese say ikigai means "reason for being." Our focus at Ikigai is on the baby snakelets and pups. In many ways plants are like little babies, we look forward to growing our business and educating the community about the benefits of establishing routines and mindfulness. The past two years I have spent applying and exploring Saint Lucia and Lima, Peru. At, 68 years of age, Ikigai is a concept that has allowed me to blend my passion, talent, purpose, and fulfillment into my own unique life. I believe that I left Peru with greater understanding of how important balance and family is to me as an individual. 

My son first introduced me to the Market Turlock and after exploring it, we decided to go into business together. I realized in creating this business that I have discovered my reason for being. I am going to spend some quality time with my son and sell plants that I believe will make a difference in the lives of many individuals one plant at a time.
